29 Broadway

29 Broadway, Manhattan, NY 10006

Described as an “Art Deco Gem,” 29 Broadway was built in 1931 and designed by Sloan & Robertson. The architects were also responsible for The Graybar Building and The Pershing Square Building. The lobby of 29 Broadway features Cippolino marble walls – colored slate green, gray and white with aluminium leaf ceiling and Sienese travertine floors. It is an example of the finest Art Deco decoration of the time.

Often reference as one of New York’s “timeless commercial structural monuments,” it is in fact at the center of the world’s fastest paced Financial District. Here history meets modern technology and the building’s commercial tenancy demands that this be an up-to-date 21st Century business facility. This building is as technologically advanced as any of the newest buildings in this famous skyline.

29 Broadway is just across from the Charging Bull Statue and the neighbourhood boasts some of the most famous restaurants and shopping areas in the city. This area is fast becoming a residential and commercial hotspot and is considered a truly international address.

29 Broadway is equipped with Stealth Gigabit Fiber internet throughout the building.
