Property owners & managers / New York City

Your building.
Their next advantage.

Give your tenants the connection their next chapter needs. Stealth brings its own fiber, construction crews and network operations to your building, with infrastructure for AI applications, agents and the work ahead.

01 / The Super Intelligence era

The work is changing.
The building has a role.

When a tenant asks about AI, cloud capacity or a new office, the conversation comes back to the connection.

AI applications & agents

Every interaction
needs a path.

AI tools and agents make repeated journeys between a business and its service providers. Give tenants access to dedicated capacity and a network with measurable latency.

Cloud & data

Room for the
work to grow.

Uploads, cloud workflows and large datasets need capacity in both directions. Symmetric Dedicated Internet gives businesses a connection they can plan around.

Leasing & occupancy

A clear answer
for the next tenant.

Make connectivity part of the building conversation. Plan the entry, riser and tenant handoff so a prospective business knows how its connection can come together.

02 / Infrastructure for your property

From the street.
Through the building.
To the business.

  1. A new point of entry.

Stealth can bring fiber into the property through a new building entry, with the route and construction scope confirmed after a survey.

  2. A planned fiber riser.

We can build the vertical fiber distribution path through the building, planning access to tenant floors with your management team.

  3. A tenant connection.

Connect each business to Dedicated Internet, with bandwidth, interfaces and the final floor or suite handoff matched to its requirements.

Construction costs, scope and timing are confirmed after a building survey.

03 / Dedicated Internet for the work ahead

Performance you
can inspect.

Give tenants a network conversation grounded in capacity, measurements and written commitments.

Dedicated bandwidth
1 to 800 gigabits per second
No oversubscription
1:1
SLA availability
99.995%

Stealth Dedicated Internet provides symmetric capacity and a 1:1 load factor. Tenants can explore current pricing, technical specifications and the service level agreement before planning their connection.

Public endpoints may be CDN edges. Network checks do not establish application availability or measure model inference or a tenant’s complete application response. AI SLA coverage requires the applicable signed service order.

04 / Our New York network

Check your address

Stealth has fiber throughout these areas. Each property’s route, building access and service requirements are confirmed individually.

05 / Bring Stealth to your building

A building survey.
A clear plan.

One property or a portfolio. Owners can start an entry and riser project before a tenant orders service.

  1. 01 / The property

    Share the address.

Tell us about the building, existing fiber access, current or future tenant needs and preferred timing.

  2. 02 / The route

    Walk the building.

Review the proposed entry, riser path, floor access and construction requirements with our team.

  3. 03 / The scope

    Agree on the plan.

Confirm construction costs, the scope of work, site preparation responsibilities, access arrangements and the proposed schedule after the survey.

  4. 04 / The connection

    Connect the tenants.

Build the agreed infrastructure and plan each tenant’s Dedicated Internet service and handoff.

Bring to the first conversation

Before the survey.

  • The property addresses and a building management contact.
  • Known entry and riser access, with photographs or floor plans if available.
  • Tenant bandwidth requirements, AI workloads and preferred dates.
Settle in the project scope

A plan everyone can work from.

  • The proposed fiber entry, riser path and tenant handoffs.
  • Construction costs and who handles each part of the work, including any site preparation.
  • Access arrangements, timing and readiness for tenant service.
Before we visit

Questions from
the building.

Can Stealth install a new building entry and riser?

Yes. Stealth can install new points of entry and build a fiber riser system to support tenant connections. The building survey establishes the route, access requirements, construction scope and costs.

Can we start before a tenant orders service?

Yes. Owners can start a Stealth building entry and riser project before a tenant places a service order. We review the property and confirm construction scope, costs and timing after the building survey. Each tenant’s service can be planned separately.

What does it cost the property owner?

Construction costs are confirmed after a building survey. The proposal defines the entry, riser and other work needed for your property. Tenant service pricing and any service installation charges are considered separately.

How quickly can tenants get connected?

Installation in buildings that already have Stealth fiber is under a week, with entrance, floor or suite and service checks. New buildings typically take 2 to 4 weeks. Special construction generally takes 30 to 90 days, depending on scope. We confirm the schedule for your project.

How does this support AI applications?

Dedicated Internet provides capacity for AI applications, agents, cloud workflows and data transfers. Stealth also publishes live network latency measurements and an AI connectivity SLA for covered public endpoints. Those measurements describe the network connection rather than model inference time.

Who maintains the network and handles support?

Stealth’s own field teams handle network repairs and maintenance. Support is staffed by live humans 24/7, with a first human response to support email within 15 minutes of receipt. The construction proposal confirms responsibility for the building infrastructure included in your project.

Can we discuss multiple buildings?

Yes. Send your property addresses, management contact and any known tenant requirements. We can review the portfolio and confirm a scope and installation plan for each location.
